1. The Onboarding Flow Automation

   • Having an automated customer onboarding flow is critical for all agencies. Implement this workflow before anything else.

2. New Lead/Appointment Automation

   • This automation brings new appointments booked on Calendly into your CRM in Airtable (or wherever you’ve built your CRM) with all relevant information filled in. From there, a message is sent in the #sales channel in Slack notifying the sales team of the new appointment.

3. Stripe Failed Payment Automation

   • Stripe is not always user-friendly. If you want to get an email notification when a payment fails, it’s nearly impossible to set up within Stripe, and their help docs are only understandable if you are an advanced developer. Nevertheless, it is important that companies know when payments fail so that they can resolve the issue with the customer quickly. To do this, we use a simple automation that notifies the #finance channel in Slack as soon as any Stripe payment fails.

1. New Task Notification

1. Proposal Request Slack Workflow (Download Here)

   • Simplify your proposal creation process! No longer do multiple people have to log into PandaDoc or Docusign to create proposals. It’s simply not efficient for everyone in the company or on the sales team to learn how to use the software. Instead, you can have one person own the proposal creation process by using our Proposal Request Slack Workflow.
     • How it works: Cristine owns the proposal creation process. She knows PandaDoc like the back of her hand. So, nobody else needs to learn how to use it, freeing up time and mental headspace for the rest of the team. Now, let’s say Zach just got off a call and he needs a proposal sent. Instead of getting bogged down for the next 20 minutes, all Zach has to do is go to the #sales Slack channel, click the Proposal Request button, and specify information like Customer Name, Email, Price, and Who should create this proposal? Zach submits the form in 30 seconds flat and goes about his day. Cristine then sees the Proposal Request in #sales and proceeds to create the proposal. When your team members are able to stay focused on the critical functions that they know and are good at, everyone wins.
