Proposal Request Slack Workflow (Download Here)
- Simplify your proposal creation process! No longer do multiple people have to log into PandaDoc or Docusign to create proposals. It’s simply not efficient for everyone in the company or on the sales team to learn how to use the software. Instead, you can have one person own the proposal creation process by using our Proposal Request Slack Workflow.
- How it works: Cristine owns the proposal creation process. She knows PandaDoc like the back of her hand. So, nobody else needs to learn how to use it, freeing up time and mental headspace for the rest of the team. Now, let’s say Zach just got off a call and he needs a proposal sent. Instead of getting bogged down for the next 20 minutes, all Zach has to do is go to the #sales Slack channel, click the Proposal Request button, and specify information like Customer Name, Email, Price, and Who should create this proposal? Zach submits the form in 30 seconds flat and goes about his day. Cristine then sees the Proposal Request in #sales and proceeds to create the proposal. When your team members are able to stay focused on the critical functions that they know and are good at, everyone wins.
