Is Zeus a SaaS?
No, we do not sell a SaaS. Think of our offer more like done-for-you systems development along with lightweight coaching to support you as you move into your new systems.
What does Zeus do?
The Zeus team builds your agency's operating system on Airtable. This includes a Team Hub/HR solution, Learning Management System for your SOPs and Trainings, a Project Management System filled with time-saving automations that make your entire teams' lives easier, and a Simple CRM. What does working with Zeus look like?
Our job goes far beyond handing off Airtable templates to you. Together, we design the exact systems you need to scale your business. We take a collaborative approach called sharing before you're ready. In other words, as we're building your systems, we're sharing with you all along the way so that we ensure everyone is on the same page and will be thrilled with the end product. This collaboration and sharing happens in your project's dedicated Slack channel, mostly through Loom videos and voice messages.
Then, once the building of your systems is complete, we spend 31 days optimizing them.
Last but not least, we lead you and your team team through an education process that teaches how to use the new systems and the best practices of smooth operators.
At this point, your dedicated Slack channel isn't going anywhere. We'll always be here to answer your questions. We're kind of like a fractional COO :)
What does the time commitment look like?
During the building process, we ask that you be responsive in Slack. The one thing that delays projects is slow response times, where we ask a question or ask you to do something and it takes a week for you to get to it.
That said, the time commitment during the building process is minimal at around 15-30 minutes per week, give or take a few minutes depending on the size and scope of your project.
Once the building process is complete, you'll need to invest about 90 minutes total to watch what we call Base Overview Videos so that you can learn the ins and outs of your new systems. From here, it'll take just a couple weeks to get used to everything. We compare moving into your new systems like learning any new piece of software. It'll take time, no doubt, but after a week or two it will be second nature. If you've ever switched from Microsoft Teams or Basecamp to Slack, you understand this. If you've ever switched from an Android to an iPhone, you understand this too. Same thing.
What does the timeline of working together look like?
Average time to completion for a typical project is 25 days. That's for the build. The education and move-in process takes another 1-2 months.
What does it cost to work with Zeus?
Please understand that Zeus is not a software as a service with a cheap monthly subscription. Rather, this is hands-on done-for-you systems development paired with coaching from our team of smooth operators. We've worked with countless agencies and, as a result of our work, have helped many of them double or even 10x their revenues within 6-12 months. We won't sugarcoat it: The investment to work with us is not cheap, and thus our program is not for newer agencies doing under $10,000 per month. If you've got lead gen and sales figured out and now you're ready to build the foundation that is going to help you scale above and beyond $100,000 per month, then Zeus is for you.

Why not just do it myself?
When you build the operating system yourself, you inevitably end up tied to it at the hip. You know it inside and out, and that can be a bad thing because your team comes to you for everyting, thus further attaching yourself to the business, which is really more of a job than a business.
One of the key objectives of working with Zeus is to construct the business in such a way that it functions without you, the founder. The goal is for you to eventually be the Owner of the asset that is your business, not an employee at a job (like most business owners are).
